Philippians 6:4 says "do not be anxious about anything". Why would he say that? Because our human tendency is to be anxious. Anxiety causes us to think negative thoughts. Our emotions respond to that thinking and before long we are on a downward spiral to depression. This month we will be digging deep into depression and anxiety. There is a way off the emotional roller coaster. His name is Jesus.
