Thanks for all the birthday wishes. As you know it was my wish to see copies of Simple Gospel, Simply Grace given away to your family and friends. Bob share several email comments about his book.

• Abraham is the father of faith. We read about his story in Genesis 12 where God brings Abram promises and blessings. Abraham believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness. Hebrews 11:17-19 "By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. ... Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead, and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death."
