We see the intersection of the Gospel with everyday life in the Christmas story. The writer of Hebrews positions this story in light of Christ's mission. "First he said, 'Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them'..."

• If we've come to Christ by faith, we've been made holy in His sight.
• I've been trying to understand the intent of Peter's instructions in 1Peter 4:17-18 when he speaks of the 'judgement of believers' in vs.17 and more so in vs.18 when he begins with: "If it's hard for the righteous to be save...".
