Forgiveness is Done.
Bob Christopher, Bob Davis, Richard Peifer
We're looking at the promises of the New Covenant. This covenant is internal... something God is doing in us by His Spirit. "There sins and lawless acts I will remember no more. And where they have been forgiven there is no longer any sacrifice for sins." But do we really believe this? If we do, we'll recognize that forgiveness is done.
- There's one Scripture I've been grappling with. In Luke 22:36 what did Jesus mean by "if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one"?
- What about in the natural realm? Should you protect your house and household?
- Why does the modern Gospel not include warnings about Hell and God's wrath?
- Is Jesus God or the Son of God? Is their Scripture where Jesus says He is God?
- How does having the "mind of Christ" 1 Corinthians 2:16 compare with the indwelling Holy Spirit?
