Restore Him Gently
Richard Peifer, Bob Davis
We all want to do church better. But the reality is the church is made up of imperfect people. So how do we do church in the midst of our imperfections. How do we deal with church discipline? If God is disciplining us as children should we also listen to the Holy Spirit when it comes to others? Let's look at Galatians 6:1-5 "Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently..."
- Gil calls to encourage us with Matthew 5:16 "...let your light shine before others..."
- Does grace transform us? Isn't that what James meant by "faith without works is dead"?
- My friend is struggling with giving at our church. How can I help her understand true giving?
- Please explain Matthew 11:12 "...the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people have been raiding it...".
