A Sacrifice of Praise

Bob Christopher, Richard Peifer, Andrew Farley

Yesterday I introduced a verse: Hebrews 13:15, 16 "Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name. And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased." In this New Covenant there's only one sacrifice we're to make and that's a sacrifice of praise. It's not ceremonial food or other sacrifices, but a matter of true thankfulness.

  • How do I teach my son to love those who are opposed to the Christian faith?
  • How were people saved before Christ?
  • Please explain Ephesians 4:27 - "do not give the devil a foothold".
