This week we look at claims others made about Jesus. John the Baptist made the bold claim that Jesus is God. The disciples fully believed he was God; even though they didn't fully understand why that was so important. Jesus asked them "Who do you say I am?" and He asks the same question of us. We also learn about the superiority of Jesus and that He was both fully God and fully man. In every way, Jesus is superior. He is our high priest forever. Because He lives forever, he is able to save completely those who come to God through him. Talk about some good news and an unshakable guarantee!
