This month we're asking the question Jesus asked of His disciples, "Who do you say I am?" Jesus made many incredible claims, often called the "I Am" statements. And with these claims He demands a response. So when we hear "I am the bread of life" what do we do with that? We hear "I am the light of the world" and we have to answer those claims. If we believe His claims it will change our lives.

• What does it mean to walk in the spirit?
• Please explain Matthew 7:21-23... "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven..."

When we become fully persuaded of the truth that Jesus Christ took away our sins we can live this truth and rest in the finished rest of the cross. It's an amazing place to be. What do you really believe about Jesus? Most people know something about Him. But what do you believe?

In John 14:6,7 Jesus claims, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him." Do you believe this?

• If you're not saved by grace are you saved at all?
• How do you know whether a church is truly following the Bible or not when they claim in salvation by grace but follow traditions of their denomination?

We have so much to be thankful for as believers in Christ. We're talking about the celebration of Jesus' birth and one of my favorite passages is John 1:14 "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."
