As Jesus gathered His disciples just before His death, He celebrated the Passover and introduced the cup of the New Covenant. The New Covenant introduces a new hope by which we can draw near to God.

The New Covenant rests upon the God Himself. What does that mean to us? We can trust Jesus in the midst of those and that He has promised to work out all things together for good. He renews our mind and when our minds are renewed we get to experience freedom.

• Hebrews 10:26 says that continual sin is not covered. How can a person be saved completely in light of this?
• How is it that we will see God if no one can see Him?

Often I just want to know why I feel the way I feel. The Word of God has a simple explanation. Our feelings follow our thoughts. That's why it's so important to renew our minds.

• What does the word abomination mean and is it used in the New Testament?
• When am I aloud to express the sadness over a situation without sinning in my anger?
• Should I believe "let God arise"?
• Did Jesus die for all our sins- past, present, and future? Even without repentance for sins?

Today marks the 50th anniversary of the "I Have a Dream" speech. I was 5 yrs. old when that happened and was part of the integration throughout my school years. There were certainly tensions between us, but we cam out with different attitudes after coming to understand that we are equal. It's not a legal problem, it's a heart problem. In Jesus racism finds its end.

• My health has been failing and wondered if you'd pray for me.
• My father recently passed away. He's a Christian, but I don't know where he is right now.

Today marks the 50th anniversary of the "I Have a Dream" speech by Martin Luther King. There's still a long way to go. There is no government or law that can eliminate racism. The only answer is Jesus alone. God has promised us a new heart as part of this New Covenant.

• If the Holy Spirit is our teacher, how is it that He doesn't lead us out of legalism?
• My brother believes he needs to be armed to protect himself from the government. How should I look at this?
• Will all believers and nonbelievers stand before the Lord? And will all receive a reward and will we compare our reward with others?
