• Can a sinner go to Heaven? 1 Corinthians 6 defines that you are now a child of God and what some of you were

Luke 13:10-17 "On a Sabbath Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, 'Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.'..." If you want to have the same experience this woman had, come to Jesus and let Him set you free.

• How do all the events we see happening today relate to the end times?
• What does James mean by faith and works?
• I used to know that I knew that I knew I was saved. But over the last few years I've lost the assurance of my salvation. What does it mean to respond to faith in God's call?

Peter wrote this at the end of his first letter... "Cast all your cares on Him, because He cares for you." This world is full of anxiety. So often we forget that God is in the picture. When we cast our cares upon Him that's when we can truly rest in Christ.

• The name Jehovah is a translation from Yahweh. Is this the original name for God?
• I'm confused about Romans 3:31 "Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law." Do we ignore the law?

If we're really going to experience freedom in this life, its found in the New Covenant. Paul made this declaration that he was a Minster of the New Covenant. 2 Corinthians 3-5

• Is God punishing us when He doesn't let it rain?
• My daughter has fallen back into the ways of the world. What can I do to help her?
• How do you separate submitting in a holy way vs. submitting to the enemy? Are we supposed to accept abusive behavior?

• The real issue is what are we going to be controlled by in life? The power of sin has been broken and we've been set free from the law of sin and death. So how do our "wants" change? By the very Spirit of God that lives in us.
• Where does repentance come into the Christian life?
• Is it OK for a woman to officiate a wedding?
• Once a person receives salvation, is it possible to lose it?
• What about the prodigal son who never returns to God situation?
• What does it mean to be born again?

We've been looking at the topic of freedom this month. Yesterday we looked at Romans 8:1. Later in the same chapter Paul writes, "The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so."

• Please explain "repentance for the remission of sins".
• Is there a difference between moral sin and regular sin?
• How are we to understand John 15:14-17? "You are my friends if you do what I command."
• I pray and read my Bible. I don't feel connect to Jesus. What can I do?

There is no more powerful passage about freedom than Romans 8:1,2 "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death."

• Will those who die in sin go to Hell?
• How would you answer the statement, "if you don't believe in Jesus, you don't believe in God"?
• Does our salvation prevent us from suffering the consequences of our actions?
