Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we'd like to take time to talk about what we're thankful for and we invite you to share what your thankful for. Ephesians 1:3 "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ."

• The word "blessed" means to be in God's favor. Once we go from darkness to light, from the kingdom of the world to the kingdom of God, we are blessed. We are thankful for the forgiveness of sins, because Jesus has died for us and provided forgiveness for us.

Today marks the anniversary of one of the most solemn days in US history - the assassination of JFK. But today is also the anniversary of the death of C.S. Lewis and Aldous Huxely. C.S. Lewis really challenged people to decide who is this Jesus - liar, lunatic or Lord.

• How do we pray continually? Does the Spirit uttering prayers on our behalf do so continually. And how do we keep this from being works?

Advertisers and marketers ask the question: "what's in it for the customer?". We find that answer to the Gospel in Colossians 3:12 "God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved".

Colossians 3:12 "Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved..." We know we are dearly loved because God took away our sins. Death was the just punishment, but Jesus took our place. He paid the price. And now, we can forgive as the Lord has forgiven us.
